Glass Options - Pattern Glass

Frameless door is available in a broad range of glass options to complement your personal decor. Choose from 12 glass styles in either 1/4", 3/8", or 1/2". Our satin-etched glass has an ultra smooth surface and creates privacy by diffusing light without obscuring it.

Glass can be etched on one or both sides, dependent upon your desires, and is available in a wide variety of thicknesses from 1/4" up to 1/2". Etching is offered on many of our float products including clear, low iron, bronze, grey, dark grey, green, blue and mirror, giving you even more creative possibilities. Draw upon our ample supply of decorative, in-stock patterns for quick shipment. Our patterned glass is especially suited for frameless shower doors, but offers possibilities for numerous other interior applications. Schott Low-iron German New Antique (GNA) glass is perfect for use in shower doors, cabinets and furniture. Made using a special ULTRA CLEAR LOW IRON Glass, which helps create a beautiful appearance. Some temperers have issue tempering this glass successfully, without buffing the surface after tempering. Sizes listed are nominal sizes; actual sizes available may vary.

 

 

Bubbles resembles water drops on glass. It is used primarily for shower doors and interior applications. Temperable

 

 

 

 

 

Cast provides a free-form pattern that is used primarily for shower doors and interior applications. 3/8" in size 73 X 130" is available by special order as is thickness 1/4". Temperable.

 

 

 

 

 

Our traditionally hand produced Glue Chip is made by applying special glue to sandblasted glass and letting it dry on the glass. It has one application of glue and adds a fern pattern to the glass with some clear areas. It is also sometimes referred to as Single Glue Chip as glue is applied only once. It is temperable. Mass produced rolled pattern "Glue Chip" is also available by special order. While the pattern replicates the look of glue chip, produced using old fashioned methods (above), However the aesthetic look is not the same

 

 

 

 

 

Monumental glass is a unique product that is similar to Aqualite. However, the pattern is deeper than Aqualite. It is temperable.

 

 

 

 

 

Paint resembles wide brush strokes in paint or cement. It is used primarily for interior applications such as doors, partitions and shower doors. It is temperable

 

 

 

 

 

This beautiful acid etched design is ideal for use in kitchen cabinets, furniture, doors, shower doors and partitions. Easily temperable.

 

 

 

 

 

Low Iron glass is extremely clear glass, which is less green than normal float glass, due to its low iron content. Many designers and consumers prefer this look especially for higher end furniture and shower door applications. This is temperable. We stock Optiwhite™ or Diamante Low Iron made in Germany. Other sizes and thicknesses are available by special order

 

 

 

 

 

This glass is designed by European architects for architects. It is great for partitions and shower doors because it diffuses light and separates space beautifully. This is temperable. Other sizes are available by special request

 

 

 

 

 

Niagara is used for shower doors, partitions and windows. This glass is easily tempered and is similar in appearance to Rain

 

 

 

 

 

This popular pattern is similar to Pattern 62™ or Pattern 516™. Stipolite is easily temperable.

 

 

 

 

 

This is acid etched clear float glass with an extra smooth finish. Perfect for tempering and fabrication for commercial or shower door applications.
